A connection timeout usually means your game tried to reach the server but did not get a working response in time.
Open your CLWHost Wisp game panel and make sure the server status is Running.
Also check the console to confirm the server has fully loaded.
Make sure you are connecting to the correct IP and main port shown in your game panel.
Example format:
123.123.123.123:2023
Do not guess the port. Use the port shown in your CLWHost game panel.
Unturned normally needs the main port and the next port.
Example:
Main port: 2023
Secondary port: 2024
If the secondary port is wrong or missing, joining may fail.

Close Unturned fully, reopen it and try again.
Restart the server from the CLWHost Wisp game panel, wait for it to fully start, then try joining again.
If the server uses Workshop mods, make sure your game has the required mods installed.
Some modded servers require players to have the same mods as the server.
If other players can join but you cannot, the issue may be local to your connection, game files or installed mods.
If nobody can join, it is more likely to be a server-side issue.
